反馈微秘3.0.0bate1无法正常启动

今装上了昨天发的3.0bate，结果直接打不开了，我在群里说过了，在这里也发一下吧，我的电脑是Windows7·32位的，升级之后打开就提示2： ---------------------------
发生未补货异常
